Rentisha is a property-management application operated by Kigs Apex Solutions. The tenant app helps you pay rent, view your balance and statements, and raise maintenance requests.

Rentisha is a software service. Your tenancy agreement is between you and your landlord or managing agent — Rentisha is not a party to your lease and is not your landlord.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell your property manager promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your account is linked to your unit and lease by your property manager. Until that link is made, some features will be unavailable.

Rent and other charges are paid through M-Pesa using Safaricom's Daraja service. Rentisha facilitates the payment and matches it to your invoice; it does not hold your money. Your obligation to pay rent is owed to your landlord under your tenancy agreement.

A payment is only complete once M-Pesa confirms it. Keep your M-Pesa confirmation — Rentisha also stores a receipt for every matched payment in your statement.

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other tenants' information, disrupting the service, or submitting false or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

We work to keep Rentisha available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network or M-Pesa outages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continuing to use Rentisha after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
